the products have a creamy consistency and a slight pleasant smell. the shampoo has a lot of foam and is easy to spread through the hair. the shampoo does not sting the eyes any more and is pleasant to wash. the conditioner has a satin texture, is easy to use and spreads well through the hair. unfortunately my hair was too heavy and puffy and looked dry
