Soft hair
My hair is so soft when I use this shampoo. I haven't really noticed any difference in the density or volume and I use the shampoo and the same conditioner. But I like how my hair smells after using this and my long, fine straight hair doesn't tangle as it used to and it is softer to the touch.

Not the best for dry hair
I have damaged fine blonde dry hair with split ends. This does give a bit of a volume, but dried out my hair even more, ends became like a straw. Assume this shampoo does not suit for damaged length

Good, detergent smell
Really nice shampoo but smells a little like laundry detergent which is off putting. Also don’t know why these bottles don’t have an easier dispensing system considering your hands are wet and you have to unscrew the bottle, then if like me you don’t have lots of room or shelving in the shower re-screw the lid back on, all with wet hands, very impractical for such an established brand.
