Got it as a gift for my mum and she told me her hair feels and looks much thicker. The volume holds even better after a blow out. I can honestly say by looking at her hair that using the shampoo and conditioner has made a difference. Maybe not in the long run but as you're using it definitely. It has finished 2 weeks ago and she told me her hair is back to normal.

Not for fine hair
Personally, this shampoo made my hair shiny, very soft to touch. However, my hair is already fine and straight, so this shampoo was supossed to add density/volume which didn’t really happen. The smell is amazing, but I feel hair is greasy the next day.

The product is not cheap, but I love this shampoo and this is not the first time I buy it. This shampoo cleanses well without being overly dry. It has a pleasant aroma that lingers on the hair. It feels pleasant when washing - it foams well and you only need a little bit. When washed, the hair even feels a little denser than when washed with regular shampoo. I didn’t notice any dramatic effect on my hair, but I often introduce new products into my routine, so I’m not a guide.
