I've been using this product for a year now and won't use anything else! Leaves my hair soft, manageable and smooth. A little goes a long way, I spray about 3-5 sprays on my ends before blow-drying.

Shame about the smell
I'd previously used the cream formula of this, in a tube type container. This seems to have been discontinued/was out of stock everywhere so I opted for this spray instead. I did see that some of the reviews mentioned a fishy smell. I so wish I had taken notice of this as the product really does have a fish smell to it. I have to add another nicer smelling product to my hair afterwards to try and disguise it. I wouldn't buy it again unfortunately due to this issue.

Smells Fishy
Whilst this product works great on keeping the frizz under control, especially paired with the Discipline Shampoo + Conditioner, this product smells very horrible when first sprayed onto the hair - a strong fishy scent. The smell does go away after some time but this is a little concerning to me, as I do not wish to be smelling fish when doing my hair... The other Discipline products smell absolutely gorgeous, however, this one may be a miss from me.
