I’ve been using this for about a couple of months now and it does help with hair fall. If you’re having a lot of hair falling out then at first would maybe say to use in conjunction with a caffeine shampoo as well. Just if you’re having A LOT of hair fall. Otherwise this on its own will help but takes about a month to notice the difference.
