Nice formula
I prefer these to taking capsules, as I already take a lot of prescribed medication in pill form. These are like chewing on a gummy sweet. They’re the nicest vitamin I’ve tried. I can’t comment on how much of a difference can be attributed to these, as I am doing several things at once to try and improve my hair and nails, including treating underlying illness, but I am definitely seeing improvements in my hair condition overall. I bought two bottles and intend to buy at least another. I think three months before I make a final decision.
