I've been using no3 now for about 3 months, leaving it in my hair for about an hour once a week before washing out. My hair is definitely more moisturised/in better condition (I have blonde highlights, so my hair was quite dry before, and am trying to grow my hair longer so after all the help I can get!), although I noticed the most visible change after the first use and it's looked pretty consistent after that.
