The first time I used it all over my hair but now I just put my hair up in a ponytail and apply LOADS of product on it and it has really made a difference. I love this product i have seen a definite improvement to my hair since using it. I use with other olaplex products and they work great together. The bottle is small i was expecting more for the price (hence the 4 stars) I have a short bob so probably use less product to most, i expect to get about 6 treatments out of the bottle. I will definitely buy again.
