- Application: Remove excess water from the hair. Apply Olaplex Nº.5 Bond Maintenance Coditioner. Work through evenly. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse. Style as you normally would.

Was so excited to try the Olaplex range as heard such good reviews. My hair is coloured and had been experiencing some dryness so thought I would give this a go. I’ve used it for a couple of weeks now (the 3,4,5 method) and it’s made my hair even worse! Do not recommend for fair hair that’s a little dry. Much cheaper alternatives that work way better than this. Just an Instagram trend I think.

Getting your hair bleached means damage sort of comes with the territory. After some pretty major snapping, my hairdresser urged me to buy Olaplex 3, 4 & 5... 5 at the very least. I bought them all. Olaplex 5 is amazing. After conditioning, my hair feels smooth, shiny and repaired. I no longer worry about breakages or heat styling. If your hair is really damaged, I really recommend it. If your hair isn't and you want to keep it that way... get this stuff.

Love this with no.3 and no.4 .. seems to work well together. the range is a little pricey so if you wanted to try just one product, go for the no.3 - this really transformed my hair. No.4 and no.5 work really well alongside 3 and will last ages so defo worth the money too. Give them a go and you won't regret it. Have rated a four for this as I think the 3 is what does all the repairing really, but this is also a nice product and I like using the no 3 4 5 together.
