Been using this for a few months now as the bottles last ages when your hair is on the thinner side. My hair feels stronger and I've had less breakage since switching from my old shampoo. Because the breakage is less I've actually noticed my hair getting longer but not sure if that's maybe due to frequent oiling and using hair vitamins also.
