The latest addition to the Sol de Janeiro scent experience, Cheirosa 59 Perfume Mist exudes a joyful and uplifting fragrance. Notes of vanilla orchid, sugared violet and sheer sandalwood intertwine to create a rich, warm and sweet scent that transports its wearer to a Brazilian sunset.
Inspired by the year 1959, when singer João Gilberto released the bossa nova album, Chega de Saudade (aka No More Blues), the mist embraces your skin and hair with the warmth of whipped amber, velvet plum and fresh vetiver.

Love the smell of this
I love a nice fragrance mist and I noticed this is incredibly popular so thought I'd give it a try. It seems to be a big hit with younger people but I think it's a lovely scent for any age. It lingers for a decent amount of time and the bottles are very cute. I'll probably try others from this range.

Overhyped and overpriced
Sol de Janeiro........hmm. Frankly, it's a waste of money, I'm afraid. I really wanted this to be good, but the fact that it has only 5% perfume oils as opposed to around 20% in eau de perfume, shows from the beginning. It's okay if expectations are drastically lowered but it's an expensive way to spritz and not feel the effects for more than 5 minutes.

My favourite scent
This is by far my favourite sol spray. The scent is so nice. The only downside is that I don’t think they last very long when you spritz them, but I do think that is a given with most body mists.
