Another addictive addition from Sol de Janeiro, the Delicia Drench Body Butter instantly moisturises and nourishes the skin while layering it with delicious gourmand notes.
The body cream is powered by the brand's Brazilian Soothing Complex to comfort dry skin, while its whipped texture drenches skin in a cocktail of hydrating heroes. Hyaluronic acid and bacuri butter deliver long-lasting moisture for visibly supple results, alongside hibiscus to protect the natural skin barrier.
Laced with the Cheirosa 59 fragrance, the body butter summons the vision of an exotic sunset against a tropical paradise. Nuances of amber, sandalwood and vetiver exude a warming richness, while sweetened notes of velvet plum, vanilla orchid and sugared violet leave the skin smelling as good as it feels.

Not worth the money
So I gave into the hype and purchased this cream to use as a body moisturiser. Whilst I completely agree the smell is divine, I have to say I am disappointed in its ability to keep my skin hydrated. After an hour or so I noticed my arms and legs were beginning to dry, which is very frustrating as I was quite generous with the amount used and for the price I'd expect it to keep my skin feeling and looking hydrated all day! Like I said it smells great (but so do many others for half the price) but does not hydrated the skin all too well, so will not be a returning customer for their creams unfortunately

Not worth the price
I bought this because of the hype around SDJ, and I was after a nice thick body cream so thought it was worth a try while on offer. Pros: - it smells good. - it is a nice consistency and sinks in well. - it didn’t irritate my skin. Cons: - it’s so expensive for how much product you get. - I didn’t find that the results were long lasting. My opinion is that with this product you’re paying for the fragrance. It does smell beautiful but if you want a body cream to help with dry skin, there are better options available that are more cost effective.

PERFECT BODY BUTTER
Love all the products in this range, this body butter is absolutely divine . The smell from this just reminds me of a summer holiday, beautiful. The texture is slightly thicker than the normal butter but honestly the richness of this product is so worth it. I cannot find anything negative to say on the Delicia Drench, it's perfect after a day in the sun. Will be re-purchasing for sure.
