So I purchased this for my arms and legs and after putting a small amount on my arms and legs I noticed a reaction the next day, I had tiny lumps all over my arms and legs, almost like a heat rash that stayed with me for over a week, so I was not impressed, but then I read someone tried it on their dry, cracked heals, so I gave it a go and boy am I glad I did! It's really helped reduce the dry skin on my heals so would definitely recommend for that but I'd say try a small patch on your arms or legs before diving right in like I did!
