It's in a stick like deodorant and you apply to clean, dry skin. You only need a little and only use 2-3 times per week. I have been using for a couple of weeks now and the difference on my legs and arms is amazing. Brought this because of previous reviews for ingrowing hairs. I have a regular wax & due to peri-menopause I have started to get a lot of ingrowing hairs which drive me nuts.
