Use on a wet or dry scalp before shampooing. Massage the formula in and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse off well and follow with shampoo and conditioner. Repeat 1-2 times a week.

I use on my scalp and then add a hair mask to the lengths, and leave for a good 20 minutes before washing off. Have only needed to use once a week, and there’s no dandruff in sight any more.
