Use on a wet or dry scalp before shampooing. Massage the formula in and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse off well and follow with shampoo and conditioner. Repeat 1-2 times a week.

I bought this as I’ve started using hair oil once or twice a week to massage my scalp (pre wash treatment for growth) and I read somewhere that it’s good to add in a scalp scrub every now and again to remove build up. I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference to my hair. I use it before shampoo (and I don’t use the oil if I’m using this) but if anything, my hair seems to get greasy faster after using this

I've been using this once or twice a week, I'll apply it then go and have my breakfast then get in the shower. I like to use it if I've used a lot of dry shampoo that week to try and get my scalp clean and I think it does the job pretty well. Something I'll probably keep re-buying!
