The Inkey List PHA Toner is formulated for sensitive skin types to gently exfoliate the skin's surface to reveal a visibly brighter and smoother complexion.
Powered by polyhydroxy acid, PHA, the hero ingredient is made up of large molecules to remove dead skin cells while locking in moisture. The exfoliating toner is ideal for dull, textured skin types, as the formula features 3% niacinamide which works to illuminate the appearance of skin. Aloe barbadenis leaf enriches the toner, delivering soothing properties, for a nourished, smoother-looking complexion.

- When to Use: After cleansing and hyaluronic acid, if using.
- Application: Saturate a cotton pad and sweep it across the face and neck. It does not need to be rinsed off.
- Routine: Follow with preferred serums and moisturiser.

Soapy feeling?
The formula might be good, but it develops foam during application, making it feel soapy on my face even after double-cleansing. I tried using less product, but it didn't make a difference, and I still don't feel truly clean and refreshed. I'll likely return to my previous toner or keep searching: I’m unlikely to purchase this again.
