Directions of use:

- When to Use: After shampooing with Extreme Length Shampoo.
- Application: Apply and distribute through hair. Rinse.
- Routine: Follow with Extreme Length Leave-In Treatment with Biotin.

I do not recommend this product because ever since I starting using this product my hair has become super knotty and after every wash my hair has a felt strange. I have no idea why they charge high prices for these products when they are no good for your hair
