A good body scrub can completely transform the feel of your skin, helping to smooth rough patches, lift away dull surface cells, and support a healthier-looking glow from head to toe. Whether you prefer a rich, grainy texture or a silky chemical exfoliant, our body exfoliators are designed to refresh and revive the skin while improving the absorption of your daily moisturiser.
If you’re targeting dryness or uneven texture, AMELIORATE offers expert smoothing blends formulated to refine bumpy or rough areas. For those who enjoy a more indulgent, spa-like experience, Coco & Eve creates nutrient-rich scrubs that help polish and soften the skin with a tropical-inspired finish. If you’re looking to enhance radiance, Sol de Janeiro provides glow-boosting body exfoliators that leave the skin feeling silky, nourished, and ready for moisture. For sensitive or reactive skin, First Aid Beauty offers gentle exfoliating solutions that smooth while supporting the skin barrier.
Most body scrubs work best when used two to three times a week, ideally after cleansing, so warm water can soften the skin before exfoliation. Choose physical scrubs for instant polish or chemical formulas with glycolic or salicylic acid to unclog pores and refine texture. Follow with a nourishing lotion, cream, or body oil to lock in hydration and prolong your glow.

How often should I exfoliate my body?
For most skin types, exfoliating once or twice a week is enough to help maintain smooth, healthy-looking skin. The ideal frequency depends on your skin type and the exfoliator you're using.
What's the difference between a body scrub and a chemical exfoliator?
Body scrubs physically buff away dead skin cells using exfoliating particles, while chemical exfoliators use ingredients such as AHAs or BHAs to dissolve the bonds between dead skin cells. Both can help improve skin texture when used correctly.
Should I moisturise after exfoliating?
Yes. Applying a body moisturiser or body oil after exfoliating helps replenish hydration and lock in moisture, leaving skin feeling soft, smooth and comfortable.
