I buy this every 6 weeks and use it every 2-3 days over my face, neck and chest and it gives me a subtle year round glow, I've recommended it to all of my friends it is such a fine mist, it's great on a freshly moisturised face on no- make up days and can be used at night too. I also use it on top of make up sometimes as a setting spray as the mist is so fine. The tan is gives you is very very natural
