Garnier Rose Cleansing Milk
This is the best budget makeup remover I have ever used. I simply apply it to my face using fingers and remove with tissues. It requires no rinsing and you can follow on with a toner if you like but it’s not necessary as it leaves skin beautifully soft and clean.

This is a really effective cleanser that you use without rinsing. Simply apply and remove with cotton wool, tissues or a cleansing cloth. It removes every trace of makeup and leaves skin beautifully soft. It’s kind to sensitive skin and has a lovely delicate texture. You can follow with a toner if you want but is perfectly ok to use without. A great budget buy.
