Organic Centaurea Cyanu, grown and harvested in France, is believed to soothe and decongest the skin with ease. In a non-greasy, bi-phase formula, the eye makeup remover dissolves mascara, liner and shadow while seeking to limit the loss of eyelashes.
Apply to a cotton pad and sweep gently across the eye area. You can wear contact lenses while removing make-up. No-rinse formula.
