I purchased this out of desperation. I had very pronounced lines / grooves either side of my mouth, that occurred due to a massive weight loss plus being in my mid 40s. Not only has it reduced the fine lines around my eyes, it has made the deep lines / grooves barely visible. It looks as if I've had fillers that have plumped the skin back to its normal tone.
