The Ordinary's AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution is a potent formula that acts as a ten-minute exfoliating facial, helping to brighten, smooth and refine the appearance of skin.
The advanced exfoliant features a blend of 30% alpha hydroxyl acids (glycolic, lactic, tartaric and citric), as well as 2% beta hydroxyl salicylic acid. Helping to slough away dead skin cells, the powerhouse formula minimises the look of dullness, pore congestion and textural irregularities. Hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5, and Tasmanian pepperberry promote rich antioxidant benefits, while nourishing the skin with a soothing, comfortable finish. Topped off with radiance-enhancing black carrot extract, the illuminating mask promotes the look of revitalised, glowing skin.
Suitable for most skin types but not recommended for very sensitive or compromised skin. Always patch test before use.

My favourite peel
I use this whenever I feel my skin needs a good clear out and it really does make a difference. Can be a little drying but no problem as long as you moisturise properly afterwards.

This stuff is brilliant, it's not too harsh on the skin. My skin is menepausal.. which means it's oily, its dry, it breaks out.. all at the same time. If you have a break out, it can sting a bit where the pimple is but it clears the breakout . Also its normal when you begin using this to use bi weekly and I reccomend using it for half the time if you have sensitive skin. Let your skin get used to it before using for the Full 10-15 min. I use along with marine hyloranics by The ordinary after each peel session. My husband loves it too, it shrinks his pores on his nose. 😂

I should have switched sooner!
For years I used to use harsh exfoliators on my oily skin and it definitely damaged my skin barrier. After doing some research into liquid exfoliators, I decided to go with this one due to the great reviews it had. I built up gradually from leaving it on for 3, 5 and then 10 minutes to allow my skin to get used to it, and then started to use it twice a week. I've recently dropped to once a week, and replaced the second day with a clay mask/pore strip combination. I have seen significant improvements in reducing breakouts, which the harsh exfoliators definitely caused, and my skin looks much more even in pigment. Complete convert!
