The Ordinary's AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution is a potent formula that acts as a ten-minute exfoliating facial, helping to brighten, smooth and refine the appearance of skin.
The advanced exfoliant features a blend of 30% alpha hydroxyl acids (glycolic, lactic, tartaric and citric), as well as 2% beta hydroxyl salicylic acid. Helping to slough away dead skin cells, the powerhouse formula minimises the look of dullness, pore congestion and textural irregularities. Hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5, and Tasmanian pepperberry promote rich antioxidant benefits, while nourishing the skin with a soothing, comfortable finish. Topped off with radiance-enhancing black carrot extract, the illuminating mask promotes the look of revitalised, glowing skin.
Suitable for most skin types but not recommended for very sensitive or compromised skin. Always patch test before use.

- When to Use: On cleansed, dry skin.
- Recommended Amount: No more than twice a week.
- Application: Apply evenly across the face and neck with fingertips. Leave on for no more than 10 minutes. This low-viscosity solution is intended to be used as a mask.
- Routine: Rinse with lukewarm water.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. Use only as directed. Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency or duration.

Surprised by how well it works
I genuinely did see an improvement in my skin after a few weeks. I've never really noticed the effects of exfoliating products as much as with this. My skin was brighter, my pores clearer and reduced. It's a thicker liquid and I did find I needed to use more than expected to cover the areas of my face I needed it. It did sting and tingle - my face was red afterwards but that cleared up by morning and my skin looked better. I was impressed for how well it worked for the price point. Just to note: the dropper did drip and I got a few red drops on some fabrics but they did wash out.

Be careful
This is very potent stuff, definitely don’t use if you’re not an experienced acid peel user. I was silly and used it despite not having much experience with acid peels and ended up with a chemical burn. Luckily it heeled up nicely. I am continuing to use it but for 5 minutes at a time until my skin gets used to it, this seems to be fine and it’s not burning me now

Great product but don’t overdo it as it can ruin your barrier. It’s an amazing product but I did get a bit addicted and overused it. Use 2-3 times a week max and follow the Instruction.

if you are just start to use this product, you might leave it for less then ten minutes as indicated on the bottle. This will help to build your skin's tolerance to acid. I left it for 10 min the first time and it left my skin feeling dry. With the right use and consistency, it has help to fade my dark spots ( I have freckle-like pigmentation)
