I have suffered insomnia from my early teens and when i first discovered westlab it was during my job as a pharmacy tech and health care advisor. I bought some because the salts promised a restful nights sleep and relaxing aromas, and let me tell you, it doesn't fall short. Out of all the brands of bath salts i have used, westlab have been the best. They also make fabulous gifts for your loved ones.
