Start on the top right on the outside of the teeth, near the cheek and work your way around to the top left side. Repeat for the inside of the teeth (near the roof of your mouth). Brush the biting surfaces of your teeth. Repeat for the lower teeth. Brushing should take 2 mins.

I can definitely recommend! The best toothbrush I've had so far - the battery lasts forever (I've been using it for almost a month now, twice a day, and didn't need to charge it even once :o). It has three modes (though I'm using one, I like it a lot) and leaves your smile spotless :-) The testy feel do clean! It's also very elegant, slim, has a nice travel case... What else can you ask for from a toothbrush ☺️

Great Purchase!
This toothbrush has made such a difference! It has great power but also super soft on the teeth. My teeth feel really clean. I will be recommending this to my friends and family for sure!

Brilliant toothbrush!
I absolutely love my sonic. I have never used an electric toothbrush before this one and I was blown away with it. I have had it for two months now and havent had to charger it once, it is mind blowing. Couldn't recommend it more!

Only toothbrush I'd use!
I got the sonic as a gift for my birthday and I was skeptical at first as I've always been a fan of my Oral B brush. I gave it a go and all I can say is, I'll never go back. My dentist has said my teeth are looking great and I feel like I've had a clean from the dentist every time I use it. I especially love the sensitive setting as my gums get sore from time to time. The battery seems to never go which is a bonus! Spotlight Oral Care have a new fan!
