Step 1: After cleansing in the evening, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal to the face and neck. Allow to absorb then follow with a moisturiser. We recommend Advanced Night Restore which is specifically designed to be used after vitamin A.
Step 2: For new users of Crystal Retinal, phase application in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. You should always use a sunscreen the next morning after using vitamin A.

Love this retinol. Low dose means you can safely work up to the next strength. Feels lovely, smells nice and hasn’t reacted to my skin in the same way others have.

Great product
I was very skeptical to start my retinol journey as I have read about skin purging. I started slow with this product using it once a week and building up to using it 3/4 times per week. I have noticed some purging but not as bad as I thought. It does cause some redness and dryness on my skin but is totally worth it as I’m starting to see a change in the pigmentation of my skin which is what I wanted from this product.

Just Brilliant
Hi have tried may retinols, including personalised treatments such as skin & me and dermatica but I feel like the medik8 system has worked best for me. I have started on no.1 and now on no.6 and my skin has improved dramatically doing it gradually.

My favourite
My favourite Retinal cream!! Retinal is more powerful than Retinol and I’m so glad Medik8 does these. Love this brand! This cream smells divine and leaves face glowing. Can’t wait until I finish it so I can go up one percent more. I started using it once per week for a month before using it more regularly. Now I use it every night and didn’t get a reaction or dry skin.

I still feel like I need more time for this to have the full effect but so far I do feel like my skin is looking clearer and healthier after adding this to my routine. I started with the twice a week as stated, and make sure I follow up with a good moisturiser.
