Gradual: Apply to the skin as you would a normal body moisturiser, lightly covering hands, elbows and feet. Thoroughly wash hands after use. Begins to develop in just an hour. You can apply daily or as desired to build a tailor-made tan.
Body: Mix 1-12 drops well with at least 2ml (1/2 teaspoon) of your favourite bodycare; applying to the body with circular motions.
