I have to take SO many medications as it is so thought I’d give these a go and they are absolutely delicious and they are really working to make my weak nails much stronger and skin healthier. Quite expensive as you need 2 a day but I’ve really enjoyed having them.

Got these for my daughter, she has been using for over a month due to worrying her hair is falling out I would say these has helped so much she hasn’t been complaining about her hair falling out since. And her skin looks amazing hardly no breakouts. Definitely recommend.
