The towel has a plastic scent but the smell is gone after a few washes. It says it is ideal for thick hair, however, my hair is still pretty damp after wrapping in the towel for 15 minutes. It does the same jobs as my bath towel, the only pro is lightweight and good for travel.

I was a bit sceptical as seriously what can I microfibres towel really do. It doesn’t dry my hair completely but I leave my hair on it for 20-30 mins and it makes drying quicker for my thick hair. My hair in a normal towel just holds loads of moisture. Also great that it dries so fast. Will buy another one for travelling. 

I got this towel as a gift and was not excited at all by getting a hair towel. In fact, it felt quite boring and I did not think a hair towel could be that different from a regular cotton towel. Boy was I wrong! I wrap it around my hair after I have showered and it makes such a big difference, the hair actually goes from wet to damp in like a minute. I will never use a regular towel again, I even bring this will me now when travelling as it is so light and barely takes any space. Best surprising product ever. Give this a go, you won't be disappointed! I will definitely buy this or the turbans for my closet family.

It is just a towel. It does not dry my hair more or less than a mere towel. So, I say, it's not really value for money, because there is no extra value. My hair was not "dryer" or "smoother" as promised, so not sure what the hype is about.

I recently discovered that nothing damages your hair quite like water so the less time your hair is wet, the healthier it'll be. And I've got to say that this towel has really helped me to cut down the time that it's wet. It absorbs water from hair and then the water quickly evaporates from the towel, it basically speeds up the natural process of hair drying. I can't talk about long-term results yet but in short-term it really really works. Recommend!
