Excellent products! Wish I had known about them years ago!

I received the shampoo and conditioner yesterday. Having used it once I can't believe how soft and manageable my hair is. Here in Norfolk water is very hard and my hair never stayed as I wanted it to after washing and it felt dry and looked dull. I have mousey highlighted hair and these products really make a difference. Will continue using without a doubt.

I came across this shampoo and conditioner whilst doing a google search for 'hard water shampoos'. My hair was dull and never felt clean and I was looking for something to get rid of the mineral deposits hard water leaves on your hair. I've been using the shampoo for a week now and I'm very pleased. My hair is bouncier and much cleaner (it was getting greasy by midday before) and my colour looks much brighter. My hair feels thicker as well since it's not weighed down by all the residue. The shampoo is quite drying though, and I find it hard to work through my hair because of this. Although the bottle says it's concentrated, I find I have to use a good sized dollop to get enough lather. I'm not so happy with the conditioner unfortunately. Since the shampoo is quite drying, I need a pretty heavy duty conditioner but this one doesn't seem to do much. I have to use a large amount to cover my hair and even then it isn't moisturising enough. For the price, I would expect a better conditioner. However, the shampoo combined with another brand, heavy duty conditioner seems to be working for me! I would definitely recommend the shampoo to anyone who's hair has been dulled by hard water, but I won't be bothering with the conditioner again.

I've recently moved to a hard water area in Wiltshire and at first I couldn't understand why my hair was so un-manageable. It looked greasy all the time and it was really getting me down. I googled possible answers and couldn't really cope with the home-made solutions (cider vinegar and what now!?) I saw this shampoo and gave it a shot. It only took one wash to get rid of my greasy looking and quite frankly - miserable hair! It's brilliant stuff and I would thoroughly recommend it! A massive relief as I was even contemplating a water softener but it's such an investment and this stuff really does do the trick! My hair is back to normal, feels fine and soft. Buy it, you won't regret it!

I usually use a good redken shampoo but thought i would try H20 given hard water in London. I have to say that I can't tell any difference from using this specialist product over any other good shampoo.
