I’m not sure this product makes too much of a difference but I think it does stop my ends from being crispy. 

I always use this, have tried skipping to see whether I really benefit from it but the results aren’t as good and my curly hair has more frizzy fly away haze.

You can always trust Aveda Be Curly products. I have been using Be Curly Style-Prep for many years despite its cost as it is the only prep that does not weigh down my hair in humid weather. However, it might be too hardening on dry days. I use Be Curly enhancer when the humidly is low.

Always trust Aveda Be curly products. I have been using this Style-pre for years. It's excellent in hot humid season especially for fine waves. But it is a bit drying in autumn and winter. I'll swap to Be curly enhancer in dry days.
