Bought in June to take on holiday worked fine. Been stored in their box for 6 months now they won’t charge.  Waste of money don’t buy these.

I loved the design and it is really easy to use, however I returned it because the battery lasts for about 30 mins in total (when charged in full you can use it twice max) and the straightener can't be used while plugged in the charger.

Bought these for my 13yr old daughter as easier than using a corded tool, I use another brand(9) saw these at an amazing price so had to buy. She loves them, quite heavy but feel solid. She has shoulder length very thick hair and glided through them smoothly let her hair lovely and shiny! She's growing her hair longer again so will be used frequently. Charge didn't hold though we found after switching off first use and then went to use again they were dead :(

I left this charging for a whole night and when I went to use it the following afternoon it died after a couple of minutes of use. You can't use it while it's charging either, so, not really useful. I have returned it.

I brought this product on offer, however it lasted 20 minutes after being charged for hours and didn’t show the best results on long thick hair. However it might work for short and think hair types.
