After reading few criticisms, I was critical about purchasing it. However, it’s one of the best straighteners I’ve owned and recommend it to whoever’s looking for a new one!!! It leaves hair straight and shiny in a short period of time, which is perfect!!!

The straighter is made of light plastic and feels cheap. The plates are too short to make curls even on short hair. You can get a nicer straighter for way less money!

I am Caribbean & have soft curly hair. These straighteners are rubbish. Used it once & ordered a different pair. It does feel like a 230 degree heat.... it doesn’t straighten my hair properly.... & it takes forever to try and even straighten one section. Do not recommend this product for Afro Caribbean’s
