Apply to wet hair and vigorously massage, starting at the scalp and then through to the ends of the hair. Massage for about 1 minute and then rinse. If your hair has extra build-up, rinse and repeat as necessary. Given the conditioning nature of this cleanser, typically a separate conditioner is not needed after usage.
