Persevere with this
At first I wasn't sure about this, but being quite expensive I was determined to make this product work, it nearly ended up in the bathroom cabinet with all the other expensive curly hair products that don't do what they say! However after some experimentation I've discovered that this product behaves at first like a hair gel, the usual things, makes your hair crunchy and stiff. BUT, if you let your hair air dry you can then soften up your curls by gently running your fingers through while its drying or once it's dry. Hey presto! you end up with elongated and soft curls, but with a bit of hold and no stickiness. I now think it's great.
