Bumble and bumble Thickening Hairspray 30ml (Free Gift)

I have mixed feelings about this product. I used it once on dry hair and when it dried and I tried to brush through it, it made my hair break off. I also tried using it on wet hair and then blow drying and as it dried, it made such a tangled mess and it was so hard to get a round brush through it, that , again, it broke my hair off. But I've also used on dry hair and let it air dry and then brushed through it without any problems, so I have no idea what's going on. It does add some noticeable thickness however. But it can get sticky if you spray too much, so go easy. I still have a lot left and I'm not sure how to use it up. I've tried layering it with other products and that was somewhat successful but it's also a rather heavy product and my hair felt rather weighed down. Bumble and Bumble reformulated this product, adding alcohol to it. Years ago it was simply called "thickening spray" not "hairspray" and it was lovely and wasn't sticky at all and certainly didn't cause breakage. And it did add some serious heft and weigh to fine hair. Why did they have to add drying alcohol? They completely ruined it as far as I'm concerned. And now I have a large bottle of this hairspray and I have no idea when or how to use it up. So my review is mixed. You'll have to play with it to see what works for you. But don't spray too much or you could end up with tangles and breakage like I did. I had to have my fringe trimmed because of all the splits. Not a good look I assure you. I think I'm being rather generous giving it three stars.

Wonderful for my thin hair. Really helps make it workable and Style it. Great product

It does what it says it does. Gives an amazing volume to the hair without leaving it greasy or sticky. You just need a little amount so looks like this little pot will stay will me for long time!
