The Cargo Cosmetics Double Agent Concealing Balm Kit features two fantastic products, a cream and a powder concealer, which help to hide any imperfections whilst working to highlight your skin. The powerful yet gentle formula consists of sweet almond oil which works specifically to target under eye circles, marula oil and tea seed oil which improve the skin’s elasticity and maintain the skin´s moisture levels.
