Instructions:

Empty packet into bowl and add 80ml of cold water, stir thoroughly to combine.
Beat with a whisk or fork until well dissolved, season to taste.
Put a non-stick pan on the heat and coat with 1kcal oil spray.
Add the mixture to the pan and agitate to make scrambled eggs or cook for up to 30secs on each side for an omelette (add a lid to the pan for the last 10 secs of cooking for a larger omelette).
Consume within 10 minutes.
It is important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily fluid intake.
For best results add 20 minutes of exercise daily!
