This was so dry it was very hard to apply,definitely not a balm, colour spreads unevenly. Poor buy.

This was definitely not a balm. It was so dry it could barely be put on and left a stain partly on the mouth. Not sure if it is old and dried out or just a dreadful lip tint. Very very disappointed.
