ABSOLUTE RUBBISH
I was so excited to try this new product as I have frizzy hair and it claims to smooth it all down. Well the first one I received over heated so that it defeated the object of being stone cold, it did nothing to my hair (the whole point) and even burned my finger! I of course complained, sent it back and received a new on in it's place. This time the iron worked for about 5 seconds......then it stopped working and started to heat up again. This is a a really expensive disappointment. I have tried a further one from HQ hair and that also was faulty. I have asked for feedback from Look fantastic but have heard nothing. If you want to waste money, then buy this.

fantastic
I have recently decided to purchase one. It really makes my hair frizz free, shiny, healthy looking and super soft. As it is not a flat iron, it won't straighten your hair but is great for repairing any damage. My hair was heat damaged, quite dry and fizzy, I started to use EGO cold tool just a few weeks ago and I can already see a difference!
