I love this product! It feels like heaven when I apply it just before bedtime. It is simply sublime. I rub some on the back of my neck and earlobes, then take a deep breath of this sublime balm and wait for the slight tingle to kick in. I am usually asleep in minutes.

What an excellent product Elemis Quiet Mind Temple Balm is. The minute it hits my temples and back of my neck this products aroma starts to help me relax which helps me sleep.
