This is my favourite go-to toner.  It's great for sensitive skin and skin that's feeling dehydrated, and good for a spritz/refresh throughout the day.  Smells divine and very reasonably priced.

I was abit wary at first but since I've used it my skins felt good. Best money I've spent. Does the job! Would recommend.
