Kérastase Elixir Ultime Serum Solide 18g

Love this smoothing serum. I have fine, medium length, coloured blond hair that frizzes in the damp. I’ve been using oleo relax on damp hair before blow drying that works perfectly. I do, however, love this smoothing serum to use after drying to smooth any stray bits. My hair smells gorgeous and is smooth and bouncy. It’s not as heavy as the oleo relax, after drying, and is so easy to use. Less is more when using it though. I literally need a couple of finger swipes over the top of the cream and apply it to the mid length and ends. Absolutely love it and would definitely buy again.

I read the negative reviews, and I think some are using the product incorrectly. I have normal to fine hair, with tendency to have oily roots. My hair ends are on the dry side. I love using this product after straightening my hair. I rub (not dig) my fingers in the serum, and smooth the flyaways in my roots. I don't need much, and my roots don't go oily. The flyaways get controlled, which is amazing. Then I repeat the step, this time with more product, for the ends. Don't use too much or you'll get unwanted greasy hair. It really does a great job smoothing my hair. It looks amazing after I put this serum. I will repurchase for sure! This tiny pot lasted me for 8 months.

Yes, it' s tiny pot with oily, solid substance in it as actually it' s like concentrate of many oils, but you must just slightly rub your fingers over it, and it will melt from warmth of your fingers. Then apply on hair with fingertips. It gives shine, nourishes hair. They definitely doesn' t look or feel greasy. I love it, use every day on clean, dry hair.
