The Neo Setting Powder

Neo-Limelight:

Step 1: Dip the tip of the Neo Brush in the lightest shade, sweeping toward the centre of the palette and apply to the top of the cheekbones, brow bones, bridge of nose, cupids bow and chin. This will create a soft glow.

Step 2: Swipe the Neo Powder Brush through the Neo Limelight from lightest to deepest shade and apply from the temples to the cheekbones, and down the centre of the face. This will create an opalescent glow.

Step 3: Swish the Base Shadow Brush in the purple shade and apply to the high cheekbones, brow bones, and cupids bow. This will create an editorial, moonlit strobe effect.

Neo-Bronzer:

Step 1: Swipe the Neo Brush or the Blush Brush through the Neo Bronzer from light to dark and apply to apples of the cheeks, blending along the cheekbones toward the ears.

Step 2: Dust on the forehead, nose and chin for a sun-kissed glow.

Step 3: Swish the Base Shadow Brush through the lightest shade and apply to the high planes of the face or high points of brow bones, cheekbones, bridge of nose, cupids bow and chin.

Step 4: Swish the Base Shadow brush through the middle rosy shade and apply to the apples of the cheeks, blending upward along the cheekbones, toward the ears.

Step 5: Swish the Base Shadow Brush through the deepest shade and apply to cheekbones and anywhere you want to bronze.

Neo Setting Powder:

Step 1: Using the Neo Brush, sweep across the Neo Setting Powder once and apply a sheer veil to the face for an all over ethereal glow.

Step 2: Swish the Neo Brush through the semi-matte part of the Neo Setting Powder and apply to set makeup.

Step 3: Slide the Base Shadow Brush through the middle to shiny side of the Neo Setting Powder and apply to high points of the cheekbones, brow bones, bridge of nose and cupids bow for naturally highlighted skin.
