Week 1: Take one capsule a day, 30 minutes before food with juice or pure water. (1 per day)

If required increase by one capsule per week up to a maximum of six capsules per day in week six.
Maintain six capsules per day for 6 months or longer, and then reduce to an average of 2 – 3 capsules per day.

Haven't noticed any difference
I love Kiki health products. Can't fault them. Regarding the probiotic.. personally can't say they've helped much but I'm sure they aren't doing any harm taking them for ny gut

Too early to tell
Have only been taking these for a short while so it's too early to tell how effective they are but hopefully they are serving my good good. No ill effects from them and they aren't too large in size to swallow. Also no strange taste like some capsules

Amazing product!
I've been using the product for more than 2 weeks and already see good results - I found it very effective in debloating and feel it helps for my digestion. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Product
I've been using this product for a week now and can already see amazing differences. I have so much more energy and feel like my skin is a lot better since taking these supplements. They've also really helped with my bloating!

LOVE
I take this for my gut & skin health {scientifically provedn to go hand in hand}. I find that when I have a happy gut my skin heals faster, acne-prone skin subsides & so does the sensitivity & flushing. I love the simple yet effective forumula & find it to work almost immediately - I can only guess it's exactly what my body needed.
