Wow.
A while ago I was contemplating getting either this or the original La Vie Est Belle but decided to go with the original. Fast forward a few weeks later and I made the decision to buy this and I will never regret it. The original is beautiful but this one has something else that just makes it extraordinary in my opinion. It’s definitely in the same field as it’s predecessor but the notes just give this fragrance a lot more complexity. The rose really stands out but isn’t overpowering and I think that the raspberry really helps make this a more youthful fragrance. Also, the peony isn’t very distinguishable in the beginning but starts to come through after maybe an hour and it adds more depth to everything. The final plus is that despite the Eau du Toilette label I find that this has incredible longevity (probably due to the patchouli). I found it still lingering on my skin after 10+ hours of wear and that’s after going in the hot tub. If you want any perfume out of this range, please give this one a try. I find that it’s the most full proof.
