Rose Extraordinaire - truly extraordinary!
I’ve been a Lancome enthusiast for years and made a few blind buys with success! This is also a A++ blind buy, as primarily rose-scented perfumes are my favourite. This perfume is sweet without being cloying, has good longevity, sillage, projection and versatility, as it can easily be layered with other scents. It is a gourmand lover’s dream but, it whilst it is more of a subtle floral rose with other notes in there, it is not like En Rose which has a hint of rose - this is pure rose and smells most like pure rose otto essential oil with a light sugary base reminiscent of a vanilla-laden pavlova! I highly recommend this. Some reviews I’ve read of perfumes make them seem like a “safe buy” only to be hideous or indistinct. In this case, as a perfume lover, I encourage you to buy with confidence as I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed.

La vie est belle rose
Lovely powdery floral scent that lasts all day and can be used as an everyday perfume for spring/summer or evening for a dinner or more sophisticated setting. Would buy again, glad I got the large bottle!
