These taste lovely, not noticed any different in myself yet. But I’m hopeful. 

They do work temporarily, so if you need a quick fix I’d take these for a month and can help with weight loss.

I was sceptical when I tried these out but they actually work really well. Needed them as a temporary fix for a while. (Please remember to eat a balanced diet and look after yourself.)

I have definitely found that the mid morning peckish feeling has subdued. Well worth the try. I have lost 5lb since purchasing last week. (used along side the keto diet)
